On December 3rd, I found out that my Dad passed away. We had lost touch for different reasons but I always thought about trying one more time to reach out to him. I am still processing all of this.
He was my first love and my first heartbreak. He taught me to respect nature and to love animals and life itsself. He was the best Dad a child could ever ask for. I have beautiful childhood memories because of him.
I am sad but also very grateful that I had such a wonderful Dad.
